Appendture offers professional services such as AI and analytics solutions, software and product development, training, and related consulting. Descriptions on the Site are summaries for marketing purposes. Specific scope, deliverables, fees, and timelines are set out in a separate written agreement or statement of work when you become a client.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the Site. You must not:

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Appendture and its directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Site or inability to use the Site.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under UAE law.

8. Indemnity

You agree to defend and hold harmless Appendture from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

9. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applied in the Emirate of Sharjah, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of the United Arab Emirates shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Site, subject to any mandatory provisions of law.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective date” at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you should stop using the Site.
